I can locate tower via opencellid front end and API, but I can't locate via downloaded database

Hello,

I seem to be able to locate towers through the opencellid front web and API, but I can’t seem to find hardly anything useful I am looking for when I use the downloaded database.

See mcc=310, mnc=260, lac=42744, cid=7041282, for example. https://www.opencellid.org/ tells me this is likely at lat=42.292983&lon=-84.963551, but you can’t find any 7041282 cid in the US 310, 311, 312, or 313 CSV files.

Am I missing something? This is not an isolated example, I tried a couple of other locations with the same outcome.

I was hoping some of the experienced heads here could weight on this.

This is because the exports only contain cells observed in the last 18 months while the API responds with older data as well.
