CelliD metadata, when downloading the cellular tower data in .csv there are no headers and the date of collection and revision are corrupted. How to resolve this issue?

Please refer to this post for more information on the headers on the file. The dates seem fine on the database - You can download the entire database here using your access token. The file is titled “cell_towers.csv.gz”
