Same MCC for different zones?

Hi, I’m trying to download data for a local android NLP backend, but I’m quite new to this…

I noticed Jersey and Italy have the same MCC (208):
Jersey, JE: 208 (9322KB), 234 (2555KB)
Italy, IT: 208 (9322KB), 222 (2493KB)

is this correct? Also, should I download both 208 and 222 ?

I believe Jersey’s MCC is 234, which is the same as the UK’s.
