I just discovered I cannot be directed to the database download page (after I key in the API access token and hit the “show file” button, I’m directed to the homepage with the map). Does anyone encounter the same problem? How should I solve this? Thanks.

I’m experiencing the same issue. The download page does not work; it just redirects.
Our team is aware of this issue with the database and are currently working to restore the download server. We expect to have it back up and running by early next week.
Please note that the APIs continue to remain fully functional.
