is there any option to see the Number of Mobile Phones connected at the specific cellphone tower?

OpenCelliD does not have any access to the cells/cell tower and thus does not have any information on the number of mobile phones/devices connected to the cell tower. Our database only provides an approximate location of the cell towers.
how can i know if the cell im looking to locate is connected to a certain tower?
