I just discover this site and i want to know it. I am currently using cell mapper and i am wondering if its similar and is there any app to comtribute?

App keep telling me that I don’t that "the collect of data is unavailable due to missing autorisation of localisation and/or of phone. I have access and check all possible autorisation for the app. Is this normal ?

Successfully completed my first upload using my API token using Tower Collector. I walked round my area and submitted the data 24 hours ago - however none of the towers on the map near me show as being updated since 2016 - how long does it take to show up on the map? Or am I not understanding something correctly?
