DB incomplete?

Hi,
I am new here so, sorry if that topic has already been discussed.
I am in France 208/1, and I have difficulties to get some Cell_ID positions.
I can find all the 5G/NSA cell details in the 208.csv file, but I have more challenges with LTE sites.
As an example, I am looking for the details for those cells_id

19065097
20024843
19552524
19833347
25854222
25950479
25611014
24229391
25803023
25803022
(and more)

MCC 280
MNC 1
I do not find anything in 208.csv that match those cells.
