We are using the downloaded CSV file for the country Dubai(AE) to retrieve the cell data. We’d like to know after how much time will the newly added data be reflected in the CSV files database OR how frequently will these CSV database files be updated periodically?
As mentioned in the downloads page Data Downloads - OpenCelliD - Largest Open Database of Cell Towers & Geolocation - by Unwired Labs, only daily diffs have been updated in CSV files, so does that mean only diffs have been updated, not the whole country database?
