Hello OpenCellID Support Team,

I’m currently using the OpenCellID service in my application, but it seems that the service is temporarily unavailable or not working as expected.

Could you please let me know if there is an ongoing outage and when the service is expected to be restored?

Thank you for reporting this. Some users had trouble accessing OpenCelliD from Friday through Saturday GMT — this was caused by a firewall misconfiguration on one of the app servers that has since been resolved. Everything is back up and running normally!
